We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a person under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible and cancel the order.
Security and Storage
Only your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and order contents are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item in your order goes on back order, we will not ship your order. When the item becomes available we will ship your order. If you would like your order to be shipped without the item please contact us. If you decide to ship your order without the item and still want to receive the item you will be charged to ship the back ordered item.
Xada warrants their product(s) to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. All warranty issues accompanied by a proof/date of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible onetime repair or a onetime replacement. Please allow two weeks from the date that we receive the product(s) to be contacted. If a product color is not available at the time of replacement, Xada reserves the right to substitute a new color at our discretion.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials due to UV degradation. All damaged products not covered under warranty or accompanied by a proof/date of purchase will be handled on a case by case basis. If a replacement is not offered, purchase of a new product could be offered at discounted rate plus the cost of additional shipping and handling charges
